do couple of tracert's too.. that will help them to figure out where is it timing out.
Just in case:
At command prompt:

C:\>tracert 85.25.176.225

do like 2-3 times to see from where exactly is the packet loss. Scar can take u from there.

This is a problem with your network connection. See the first three hops. They are having higher pings and also many request timed outs.

Yea as Orbit said the ping has become become 350+ in last week only...

I also get normally 220 to 240 pings.. even my isp is different..

Confirm pings to Google or some other website and see. Its totally ISP side problem

tht shows d route taken by a packet sent frm ur PC to d mania server, means all d IPs to which d packet first went, b4 reaching its final destination

Your Tracert and Ping looks fine. 250 aint bad.

Coz they only chk modem status.. n download rate..

Useless to complain to the Customer Care. They will just ask is your Modem working? Are you able to open http://www.google.com
