Since handover completed and new GM's might be there to help us in-game.Guyz this post is about our old GM's and new one's .

Scar - The person with many sleepless night just to make a perfect server . Salute!!! Bro
Numenor - The master and the Soul of Forum. Numenor I had never seen a beautiful website in my entire 6yrs of IT
the best feature available to one.
Kai - The magnificant event maker in-game always comes with Rocking Ideas and gives 200% to it
Danni - Uff Hardly seem him online but still he rocxx friendly talkative person as a GM.

We know u all and we definately miss u all I know its seems foolishness that I m saying this bcoz I m too leaving server very soon.

Since I m in Office while posting this post and would love it if our new GM's introduced themselves here.

Through this post I would like to say sorry to Numenor(For Auction),Kai(Breaking Rulz) and Scar(dont know).
Guyz pls forgive me for whatever I did or does wrong but 1 thing is sure u ppl rocxx to the core.

Comeon guys, plz dont do this... its really heartbreaking.... There have been numerous complaints that I have raised regarding the E-shop items, it was all just the impatience. Nothing personal. And moreover, Scar, Numenor, Kai and Danni, plz understand that criticism is inevitable. No matter how good, Bill Gates tries to be, he is still considered an Asshole by some people. That does not mean that he is. But it just means that noone can meet everyone's expectations. Not even GOD can meet everyone's expectations. So plz dont blame urself for it. U r still human.

Secondly, if you think that this server is effecting your social and personal life, then its because, u r spending too much time for it. If you think like this, then imagine what would a businessman like Ambani brothers do? Do you think, they dont have any time for their social life at all? NO. Infact, they have more social life than anyone of us. The difference is that they delegate work. They hire people who can do things for them. And they just look at 2 figures at the end of the day. 'Expenses' and 'Income'.

I had already suggested Scar a long time ago to hire someone to do his job. Its not that the server does not have money. Coz, I saw some forum where Numenor mentioned that we have enough money to keep the server running for the next 2 years. And trust me guys, people like me are always there to pitch in a couple of lakhs for a profitable business.

Think about it guys, its never too late to do the right thing. Instead of getting urself off this responsibility, why dont u just hire someone to do the job and you just take care of ur other stuff? Knowingly or unknowingly, you guys have started a revolution and bought in the concept of free gaming against a giant like "Sify". Its not a joke. Its a revolution in itself. Dont put off the fire. Keep it on. And trust me, one day you guys will make it big. Thats how businesses turn into an empire.

Just an opinion, need not consider it.

Dont worry, we will still be around for some time. The complete handover will take time. Me, Scar and other GMs will be there to guide the new team and help them if they need.

Just treat this as a holiday or a break for our old team. As soon as the new team is accustomed to everything. we will leave all work to them. Me and Scar might stay in forum to stay in touch with you people. We love A3 Mania as we have put up a lot of hardwork here and we will definitely want to see our child grow and progress.

We have never ran after money and will never run for it. The new team has NOT purchased or paid us anything or neither they are getting paid for doing this work. We have just handed over the hard work to them. Management, Decisions, Implementations, everything.

Everything will remain the same. EVERYTHING. Players will not be affected in ANY WAY. You will be going on with your business as usual. Same procedures, same support paths, same things, same rules, same forum, same website, same game. Just New GMs, administrators and nothing else. We never wanted to turn this into a business and we ensured that the new team will also never make this one. A3 MANIA WILL NEVER BE A BUSINESS VENTURE. Trust us on this. We will still be the same.. maybe more better than before. Just wait and watch the new team.

Already Old players have quit the game, Now the time has come that Old Gm's quitting... I wonder, what more will come in future.

Yup I agree old guys r quitting so are the old Gms, and i doubt how many guys will be left to see through THE AGE OF A3 MANIA.. Will miss all the GMs.
Would just like to ask NUMERON when will the new Gms introduce themselves cause it has been quit some time since we r expecting their presence. Last week there was no town war.. No events of late.
I hope with the new Gms the NEW ERA of A3 MANIA will emerge and make the guys who r currently playing stick to it. A3 mania of late has become like some Messenger where guys mostly @ High lvl come and chat with friends. I am able to say this cause i spoke to quite a few high lvler i know and they all share the same opinion as i do.
So its a sincere request to the new GMs to come online and handle the situation by introducing some new events, upgrades etc.
Anyways all in all what i wana say is we miss the old GANG OF GMs and eagerly waiting for the new GMs arrival.

You can already See two new GMs in the forum. [GM]Blade and [GM]Godfather.

You will not get any personal information out of them as I have strictly intructed them to keep a virtual profile in A3 Mania. You will know them just through their ingame names. They dont have any previous experience of A3 Mania and they do not have any playing char ingame. So it will take them few days to get used to everything.

Blade has already started taking care of the Support tickets and the support issues here. Godfather will be active soon and he will be heading the new GM Team. Both are strict and very efficient people. You will see them gradually ingame as well as in forum.

One more GM will be coming around soon ([GM]Zodiac) for take over my responsibility of the website and forum as well as ingame.

I will be soon making a welcome post for all the new GMs as soon as the 3rd GM is active.
