For 8 days now , i've logged into the account everyday expecting a reply or a resolution for my ticket that i opened and finally i get a reply on this post from Numenor saying he WONT help , not CANT but WONT. Wow great!

You need to understand that this is an online game and if you loose something, it would be hard to get it back. Imagine if the items are sold to someone else, it would be really painful to get back all the items and convince the people who buy them. So not always this turns out in your favor.

Now you tell me it is all my fault , but if i hadn't filed a ticket , this would probably become a case of RC where Insomniac sold his stuff for RC to another char and you would probably end up banning me. You ask yourself this . What is my fault ? I also just wanted to play the game decently like all the others.

Its totally your fault for sharing the account. If you haven't shared then there would have been no chances of getting hacked. If you share, you have to take the risk of facing the aftermath. I agree that Its a fault of GMs for not implementing strict rules against character sharing.

The guy you are supporting now is a scammer who'd probably make a new char with my stuffs or just sell it for RC and that is just sad.

I can't see anyone supporting anyone over here. Perhaps you are the one who has mentioned the name of the Hacker. It would be better if you deal with him personally. If you are able to give the account to someone, you should be able to have a talk with him also i guess. So just settle the matter personally.

Blade....Cant U do nething for Inso??...Cant u just try To get his stuffs back??....He is admitting that he Shared the account..But he has full trust on the guys He shares his account wid......He has mentioned that none of them will hack him..this guy is from Some External prty....Who Hacked Inso...Cant u trace the IP once thru the logs If they tell u the Exact date n tym of the Occurence of the Issue...!!

I am not the Server admin. Open a Ticket and wait for a reply. That is all that you can do.
