, if u wanna pvp him go to arena and get ur ass kicked at ur convenience. 
All this time that i played on the mania server, i have nvr been pked by any1 in any map in Gw (excluding arena and NC as they are pvp maps). It was quite an thing for me
. Nvr did my name com on the right hand side in the PVP system , it was always on the left hand side hehe. Cheers and Happy Gaming!
