URGENT!! Failed to connect to login server

Errr,When I tried to login now and entered my ID and Password,there comes a message on the login screen showing Failed to connect to login server and sometimes the message Connecting comes and it simply gets stuck there.
Please Help !!

The Problem surfaced again,when I select my character the foreign language and an OK button comes and when i press the OK button,the game screen closes.

but not able 2 tp. i was at hillart so killed abt 4 snowmen and got 2 stocking m

gms plz fix da problem. my char stuck at hillart not able 2 tp also and i rced and chked also still facing same problem
