Server Down??

Hi Gm,
I was doing Letter Quest with my friend's HK character and I rced coz I finished the quest and wanted to take the quest again !!
However when I logged back in,the server list was showing NONE !!
Is the server down?Please help..This happened at exactly 1:02 AM on Sunday !!

Same Problem for me toooo

Though I can gurantee that the server is not down. Cause I was playing till 1:34 when I decided to RC.

Does that mean that people cannot login now and people who have rced are now stuck ??
