mark of rubal cannot be found ingame...but can be crafter...the items required for it can b found as drops frm creeps n boss...n plz dnt keep the drops rare...just make the crafting sucess rate of mark of rubal less..like 20% or smthin..
then the low lvl players as well as the high lvl players can get the premium items...it shud not b biased to high lvl players only..

you said that you cannot buy uniq armors even if we have the required number of marks..
The remaining premium items as I can see are potions and rb items or misc items.. PPl after rb 11 do not require rb items and in most of the events, only ppl above rb 11 are bound to win..
In this scenario the ppl with the marks are only left with 1 choice - to buy potions as they do not need rb items and cannot buy uniq armors..
People below rb 11 in my opinion hav no hope of getting the marks if these are event rewards..
Would request the GMs to take this opinion and mayb implement a moderately difficult quest where all players would have an equal chance of getting the marks..
I hav an idea too.
GM's can implement a quest dat can be difficult to complete.Also add chances of getting Mark Of Rubul as quest reward.By chances i mean not necessarily evry quest shud give the reward.If the playa is lucky he gets or do the quest again.It can be newhere near 25-30 % success chance.

but buying Stabs n cats from npc is impossible becos of rubals so many players r not able to craft their g9 sets (atleast my worrier is facing this problem)
so plz make available those rubals or remove stabs n cats from premium items list
My Suggestions>>>
1-Either Some Quests For Mark or Rubal(Not Like W q )
2-Or Make it a God boss Drop(Be as Lucky as GW )
nd BTW the warrior having problem in making g9 set 5K me ingame i m selling g9 set almost max
forget abt god boss think abt noobs who wants to craft g9
bat cant get stabs n cats in drops n cant by from npc becos they r premium items n no one hav rubals
can be like ......... boss chain quest to obtain 1 mark,.......
or something like exchange 100 Gs for 5 Marks , n the Gs can b sold out in auction .... etc.
