Hi GM
My character got stuck outside arena. I didnt use Bypass launcher, i deleted Bypass launcher long back.
I raised support ticket. tckt no - 1458
stuck character name : Viiking

I raised tckt yesterday character struck online from 2days.

characters geting stuck . Is ths gonna ever end?

Guys if you get stuck try the following before posting in forums :

1) Do offline teleport from site.
2) Check your internet connection. If your isp gets dcd while going to any map(loading screen) the game may automatically exit and your charecter may get stuck. So check the internet connection if you get stuck. Fix it and then come in game.
3) Try 3 times to come on stuck charecter or any other charecter on the same account with a gap of 2 minutes per each try. If you can come in any other charecter on same account then your charecter is stuck.

4) Do restart pc once if all above fail. Try to come ingame. [optional]
If the above steps fail post in forums or come in a non stuck charecter, try to contact any available ingame GM or 5k the GM.
