High Unstable Pings

Dear Hellmarshians,

Greetings all,

I have a doubt and query to this, possibly if the GMs could come across this as well.
Recently, I had faced a terrible reading of pings. Its jumping up and down like your on a skipping rope.
That is how I describe it to the extend of how bad it is.
It happen few hours back. Playing from Singapore, having Starhub as my ISP. I do not doubt my ISP for sure.
Reason is why because, I had login 6 hrs back today, first 45mins was perfectly fine..Sashayed fine in every map.
Then nightmare starts.
Disconnected once, and it began.
I came across to read and see in game some facing the problem from players.
Now there is no way to play with the huge lag latency.

Now my question is this:

When server shifted to India, I have high hopes on it, played for about 2 weeks when the server shifted to India.
Had pings reading not more than 80ms. (kudos to the GMs for that)
2 weeks after that, I came back. Wow..reading of pings changed to 312 incessantly.
From 80 - 312 (Huge difference)

Today, when I first login, ping readings was stabilised at 152.
Fair enough for me. Good to play at that ping.
After the disconnection, it rose drastically.

Am not whining nor am I bragging, i just wanted to know, where did I go wrong.
Among my friends in game, they knew, I never faced serious lags in game.

Hopefully, someone or the GMs could enlighten this, and if it really fails to get the certain amount of pings, with good melee speed, am afraid I might have to end the journey here.

Am loving Mania, please do not make this as one of the reason for me to leave such a good server and great company

well there is some problem from server side & am sure of it.
during 1st two weeks of new server i used 2 get constant 31ms while most pplz use to get between 31-47ms. after 1st two weeks pings became constant 63....that was also fine...but now its fluctuating a lot..its like 78ms-158ms-203ms-152ms-63ms-350ms. & m not the only 1 facing this prob...almost 95% of pplz in server is having this sort of fluctuation in ping. & i can assure that my ISP is working correctly also.

1 more prob few pplz also facing is after logging in & logging out few times game is crashing after loading page & it shows in Knighthood like this

Sir Krait has logged out .......in a millisecond delay & sometimes char gets stuck just after this even though i don't have bypass launcher & autmatically gets released after few sec.

kindly fix these issues.....loved it wen ping was 31 or 63ms constant

Aye ... I also experience little prob some times ... But tis not that bad ... Even when server was in Germany I didnt lag much but after some weeks of shifting here I sometimes experience little lag ...

i used to play on 250ms pings when the server was in germany..havnt logged in now so dnt knw the pings here.. !!

After much help from Hermy ( my most patient KH member..lolz) I managed to get this for GM's perusal.
Don't ask me what are the readings, cos it looks alien to me!~

thats not RTO's u guys try ur tracert or try to chq ping acp.a3mania.com - t u wil get all RTO's.
cant chq ping of the server
