Hey ... i am a new joiner for this game so could someone help me out why i cant seem to create a new character.. the page just hangs at that point plzz help me out

the Name which u r entering should not exceed more than 12 letters and the 1st Alphabet should be capital and reat all small.......

this might solve ur problem.......

letter limit = 12letters
first letter caps n rest small
no special chars allowed
no spaces no dots nthing jus plain alphabets....
