Gms its been more than a month my charac kirsten not released yet ...

according 2 Gms reply 2 my ticket ... tat the issue has been resolved ...

& Gm gav reply 2 ticket tat Kirsten charac released ...

but sad it did not release yet .. so plz look over this issue & release the charac ..
