I've transferred Rs.1000 last week and waiting for my item. I have sent a mail the moment transfer was successfully completed(24th August) . I have also opened a support ticket (SUPPORT TICKET NO. 2550).. The worst part of it all is I don't know where my money is coz no1 wants to reply to any of my queries which worries me the most. The banner on the home page screams/boasts that "Active GM's ingame" which is totally wrong advertising..
I've been waiting patiently for the last 1 week to receive my items. The other in game players say GM's are busy. If you guys are indeed busy, please pause the e-shop buying option and resume it when u guys are able to deliver on your promise of delivering items "AS SOON THE MAIL IS RECEIVED".
This was my first transaction and I'm totally disappointed with the experience. Hoped/Wished for something better. You guys keep screaming through your regular shouts in game "Please help us run the server". At this rate, not sure how far that is true!!

Come on Blade!!! Atleast confirm that you have received my payment man.. It can't take 4 days for u to check ur account and confirm that you have my money! From 24th to date NO1 can even confirmed about the transaction? I have the confirmation number from my bank.. But I want to hear it from u guys.
We asked you for the attachment of the Payment receipt. That is what is needed for us. We have received your Funds and your mail, but we haven't received your attachment.
What kinda receipt do u want? I made an online transfer. As I said NEFT. There is no receipt given by the bank for the same.. I can give you the Transaction reference Number.
Sorry if I sound dumb.. But I have made several NEFT transactions in the past and no1 so far has asked for a receipt so wanted to know what exactly u r looking for.
What I also don't get is you say u have received the money. Once you know you have it from me.. What stops u from transferring my item into the account? :S
Take a screenshot, blur out confidential data and send us what is required. Even thought the payment procedure is complete, we need the screenshot for our internal records.
Can I know why it is still taking time to deliver my item? I have done everything that u guys have asked for and still you guys have not processed my order..
