Server Off !!! Showing online on site

No offence mate.The GM's say that only a few parts of server is offline so it wont necessarily show offline status in the website!
And im not able to login it says validataion of client failed.Please update! Whereas my client is fully updated! And it even shows "Client is up to date" Please check on this GM's
