getting too many RTO's!!

Hello everyone!!
it seems like quite a problem for me to rectify my rto problem. whenever i start pinging da site, it says RTO, RTO n RTO!!! m too pissed off with this as all my friends r playing onl9!!

Its a humble requests to GM's or any person to advice me what's wrong and how to solve this!!

Bro, i pinged @ da same address but da result is the same!! i have bsnl net. Da saddest part is dat my dwnload spped is gud, so i cant complain to them. i donno what to do!! i hv no idea why the rto's are too often with me!! itz been around 2 days now since i hv logged in.

Shw the pings and tracert to acp.a3mania.com to ur ISP ... And tell them that ur dwnloading speed is fine but i dont need RTOz on this site...if the ISP cant Fulfill ur requirememt , stop paying him n change to an another ISP .. !
