The cleint not getting updated

I have windows 7 64 bit OS . Before the server went down game was working fine in it but when server started back today, i tried to connect .. as always before loging in i always check for client update .. and when it finally showed client up to date i proceeded.. but when i put in my id n pass it gave a message 'client version did not match please update'.. then i tried the whole procedure again n even after the updator showed cleint up to date still same error came at login portal.. then i downloaded the 64bit patch from a3mania download section n placed its content in a3mania folder and tried to update.. it again showed client up to date but when i tried to login same msg came saying that version need to be updated.. where as i have an old machine which is having windowsXP 32bit ,in that client updated and game is running properly in it..
While trying all this my windows firewall,defender,Kaspespersky Antivirus, user control protection all of these were switched off but still the problem came.

Please check weather 64 bit patch given in the download section is working or not.. what should i do next??

im using the same .... windows 7 x64 .... Ther eis no problem frm the server side as such ...mine got updated all right ...try reinstalling 562 Cient and then updating it .. !

Boobli , spot on.. lolz i did that same thing, reinstalled n updated and it worked fine.. But i did it w/o seeing ur suggestion though ,but as always u were spot on..
