Same problem here unable to view charas after login.
pinging the server is showing frequent RTOs but then again that could be due to my isp.
also the acp status page is showing 18 people online constantly, are those real players or test chars or status error??

finally server is down. Hope it'll be up again soon and all login problems would be resolved.

I think Scar is performing pooja on the server on eve of Dasera.

I guess the network alterations are taking up some time and maybe the GMs are facing some issues.
Hope the latest alteration would improve my latency issues
Anyhow cm'on people we gotta be patient and the GMs work on the server.
Will try in evening now.
