Ticket ID 2735

HI GM,

I am unable to take Rebirth from the ACP on the website as the site is giving error whenever i try to take as account name/password invalid. I am able to login into the game and play with the same id and pass. Have raise ticket no. 2735 for the same. Please help

Also please reply to ticket id 2734 as well if u can
