GMs are not at all bothered......

I guess that support tickets are just the formalities that this server has introduced...
but no GM is bothered to help or even to reply to that support ticket...

i got scammed ... my items were missing when i opened my account...

i hav explained everything in detail with date and time ...
but though no gm has replied to it...

since my item got scammed , i hav left playin...

(before my item got scammed ,i was thinkin to purchase some of e-shop items... thank god i didnt ... otherwise it would hav also gone...)

Pls GM... atleast reply ur EXCUSE....

this may sound very offensive and rude,i even apologize if u get hurt, but it is burning my @$$...

i saw that webpage that u referenced but i guess u hav not seen my support ticket...

i hav clearly mentioned that except me no-one knws abt my userid and password...

and i always play frm home.. for christ sake, here no-one knws abt this game... no cafe has ever heard abt this game...(where i live)

so can u just xplain me hw an item got missing .... i wont ask u for a return my item... but i wanna knw.... hw it went missin...

Yes this problem happened with me too stuff disappearing but I don't have proper explanation for that maybe its some kind of bug actually in the support ticket which i posted GMs were telling that the items which i had lost were in the character itself but when i went ahead and checked my character it wasn't there I don't know what to say man Gms take so much time to respond to tickets and finally i lost interest in the items. I think there is some bug cause Gms when the checked my character found the items in the inventry but when i check the same character by logging i dont see them. Its absurd really

You wont end up loosing your items like that without reasons.

yup your the only one who can tell us the reasons we might have unknowingly done something (or pissed you off for some reason) which only you can tell us through our tickets,
