dear Gm's

As in that ticket gm had said that they have released my Id , but i can not login ingame and when i checked the ACS i saw that my character is still in banned, please do needful, no character and getting bored in this festice season.

TICKET ID : 2562,

U HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED THAT MY ID IS UNBANNED, BUT I CANT LOGIN TO SERVER, AND CHECKED ACP, THERE I SAW THE SAME STATUS THAT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL IN BANN. DO SOMETHING

As per the reply of ADMIN, they said that they will release my account on Jan 1st. Its 17th today. Kindly release my account.

And 1 more thing, when i login to server with ID and pass, and select my character it stops there with loading page and i am unable to connect to server, can u please resolve my issue. and release my account plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
