Hi,
I am facing some delays from past 2-3 days, facing some unusual pings than experienced before. I am supplying my trace report. Kindly have a look at the adjustment provided.

Check the ping to the 2nd HOP. That is supposed to be your ISP's Gateway. I can see a deviation of 70ms over there.
