I can give it other looks according to our will. How do you think we did for new NPCs.
FYI, we know how to decode, unpack, edit, recode and pack the textures file back. We can make new creeps, maps, NPCs, Quests. Anything we want. We are not noobs like other server admins.
Only problem with us is free *TIME*. We dont have enough of that.

but the NPC is jus lyk Redyan... only mebbe the color of her cloth has changed frm red to blue... can a totally new lookin NPC or weapon cud b created?

Yes it can be but as I said it requires making 3d meshes and animations. The texture is hard as well but not as hard as doing the meshes. With limited resources and time we decided on not doing the meshes. We edited the mesh as well as much as possible. Compare with original redyan u will notice.
If you see carefully, you see that redyan is holding another weapon and not the normal round one she has. So yes we can add weapons as well
Get me a 3D artist and a 3D animator, I will give you perfect new NPCs, weapons, armors.. anything u can think of
