Login Issue, cant login my char

Sir,
My char Neolove in other sccount(not dis one), m not able 2 login..
I enter the username and password, it shows all 5 char, but on selecting any of them, it shows some error msg in Chinese and gives d only option 2 exit...
All the time that Char Neolove is online as shown in my friend list...

Plz do something and fix dis bug asap....

w8 fr sometime it will get solved
If not go to ACP and select Offline Teleport
Hope it solves the issue

Cant login into ACP b'coz the char is always online....

BTW i saw neolove in merc party @ 15/01/2011
So it seems ur char is released
