Unable to Retrive forgot password..

Dear Gms,

As i try to retrive forgot password from Email. From Mania's site then it is written that " Account ID and Password" are not matching..i did retrive of password many times before..and i m dem sure it is true problem pls help.

There is no problem with the password retrieve system .... I think u hve typed smthing wrong .... Itz working nicely....
