TOD has a chance of making stuffs lvl 15 in one shot.... but TOD has a high failure rate...

its not even worth trying to be honest. just stick with lvl 10.

there are 2 ways for making weapons lvl10+
1.try TOD(worst option urweapon might get destroyed)
2.theres smthing called as UPSTAR(100%suces for lvl10+)

it goes like u try 1 iten if sucess then lvl11 then another lvl12 and so on
in upstar no failing......


i guess theres no way for making lvl10+weapons here on mania.....except stupid TOD way

only weapons can go above lvl10 not the rest set it stays at level 10

well i donno by what name it will be implemented in this server as in my prev. server it was with a name"UPSTAR"
it has a 100% sucess rate for making ur weapon lvl10+
1upstar==1 level

Sets can only be leveled to Level 10. It is the weapon that can be made Level 10+
