regardin a3-india issue

Hello sir,
I tried to retrive ma pass in a3-india its says User id and email id not found.. made a ticket also on that issue but no reply on that till now...plz look into the matter..ticket no is 410463...plz help me out regardin this problem

even am facing the same problem and even i opened a ticket and mailed at [email protected] but didn't get any reply. In my case what i feel is i must have had committed a spelling mistake while typing my alternate email id.. I do have my sify pass with me and the last a3india's password and all the character details. Please do the needful ( if something can be done )
