Ticket #437530 A3-india issue

please reply to the ticket which i have opened , it has been a week since i have posted.
The ticket reads about the problem which i am facing in recovering password my character .I have all the details about my profile and my character , it's just i am unable to recover password. After giving a thought to this what i concluded was that i might have made an error while typing my email id while filling up the profile. Please look into it.. please
