U guys r taking so much time for making e shop deliveries

I made the payment last to last saturday and u till now don't seem sure about when you are gonne deliver me the items I orderedm
Theb u guys say that u r working on 1 day e shop deliveries which is so untruem
M mailing u also frm the past 10 days bt no reply frm ur sidem
If u guys don't like ur job or don't hve time fr it you must better close the server rather than running it in a foolish manner .
If this continues like this this wquld b my last e shop delivery and would suggest all not to make if u guys keep on taking months fr it.
Hoping fr ur replies here or on email.
