So please let me know if you still need an offline delivery, since offline deliveries can only be done by the Admin team. If you could manage to come online for receiving the stuff, Please ring me up on my number and I will tell you when I would come online and I would deliver the items manually.

I have checked up wtih the Eshop Department and found that you have not sent a confirmation mail about your payment. We also don't have a list of the items that you require.
If you have already sent a mail, please let us know the Ticket ID so that we could do the required. If you didn't send a mail, please mail the required details to [email protected]
