hi, this is my first post indeed...!!!
i would like to know wht proof is required to report a scammer or a hacker??

Also how to know whether the account is banned or hack for a noob like me??

If u want to claim smone a hacker/scammer....u shud be havin a screenshot of tht char or u shud have complete info abt the issue....once u get any one thing frm this, Open a ticket or post it in forums as u done this time....
Regarding getting info abt Hackers/Scammers/Buggers.... There is a different section for tht.... where GMs post a topic of the char who get banned or get penaltized.....
