@ Krs..\ Dude IP Address Can be Changed . . .& IF the Hacker is BSNL user then it is very easy to change IP Address . . .

Though , You Can get the hacker ..He Must be in worry of selling that Stuff. You can try to get it from Noob Characters...

If So He Sells My Stuffs.. he Will E>> those stuffs with wz or other stuffs that will lie with him and if he has dealed on noob chars no matter he would have logged on his char on same ips and one or the other day he will transfer his stuffs in real char .. Let him sell my stuffs i Just need his real chars Name. The next thing i will do .. Uske Khol kar Marunga
