almost a month ticket issue not solved

well, the subject says it all. made a ticket regarding character name change, no1 replied to it. made another ticket regarding same issue and its almost been a month and its still not solved. i know the gms said it'll take some time, but they stopped replying to my posts. i just wanna know how long is it gonna take if thats not too much to ask. exams in 2 months. already made a post regarding this in forums 2-3 weeks back, but gms stopped replying so posting again, please help me out.(sorry for double post, but no1 is e1 replying to me)

I have looked into the issue. Your issue is very old and we don't have the data that is currently required.

The host for the server has been changed 3 times since your issue and hence we have to contact the Old GMs to get the required data.

I will keep you updated.
