eshop credit not received

i would like 2 draw ur attention to this fact that i have remitted a certain amount of cash to ur account becoz i stay out of india. I had sent the amount from here on 1st dec and i also got confirmation saying that the amount has been credited to ur account on 2nd december afternoon.

till now i cannot see the amount credited to my eshop.

We have some flooding issues with Eshop email account. I will settle this issue in few hours.

plz do so because i wanna buy certain stuffs from the eshop b4 taking a rb...i thought this process would be really fast and my eshop account would have been credited within a day or two...

please do the needfull regarding this matter
