ping constant without rto still dcing ingame

This is the ping to acp.a3mania.com of around 12.15am - 1am on 16th May

as it can be seen that my ping is constant w/o any rto still my char was getting logged out of the server ingame with in few minutes of login, i tried different chars all getting logged out within few mins after login.

it was BSNL 3G mobile Network.
But bother not i have changed my ISP.

me 2 facking issue since 2days me ggeting client struck, dces, heavy lag i have not experienced these issues before GM look after this once
