lagging after manitenance

i am facing high ms and request timesd outs after server maintenance was carried out. before server maintenance my ms was 78 and thr was no problem of rtos. but after maintenance this problem has started.. not only for me but for the players who are playing frm visakhapatnam,AP.i have re-checked the speed frm my isp provider which i was using frm last one year.. so there are no issues with my isp provider.. most probably it has tobe from your side as it started lagging after server maintenance.. pls do something so that we can play this game as before...

Thanks for the reply..i have posted the screenshot of Ping which i am getting and regarding Trace report.. i really dnt have any idea about this.. pls help me out in generating this report so that i will post it..

I used to get like 62-72ms
Bt Now its 300-318ms Everytime...

ISP = BSNL

Looks like your ISP is blocking Traceroute. Without that, we cannot help you with your issue.
