We have added a ticketing system for Issues in A3 Mania. From now on. No issues will be handled by GMs without a ticket number. No GM will resolve your issues ingame if you have not submitted a ticket in the website.
This is to make the issues more recorded and streamlined. We are not automated machines and when we log ingame.. we get spammed by issues.
So from Now On.. no body will PM the GMs ingame to resolve the issue. We will just ignore the requests. You will have to raise a request in the ticketing tool and wait for the reply. After a GM is assigned to your case, he will personally look after the issue and ensure that the issue is resolved and the case is closed.
Issues raised in the "In-game issues / Questions to the GMs".. will not be responded if it does not has a ticket number. And we will not give any information regarding the issue in the forum topic. It will only be given in the support ticket in the website.
Make sure to login into the main website using your forum ID and then submit a request. Without logging in.. you will NOT be able to submit a request, as the raise ticket Menu will not be visible or available to unregistered members.
Make sure to explain the issue as much as possible so that it does not waste time. One liner requests might take more time to get resolved.
