I m getting a DirectX issue on my system

My name is Manjeet Singh. I have an issue of DirectX on my office system.
At my home its ok. I can open A3.exe bt not at my office.
Plz help me with this.

HI Manjeet,

first, as gm said, dont post personal details, as it may be used for unscrupulous means by hackers, etc.

Second, try the following steps, for solving your problem:

1) If your Graphic Card is using Generic Drivers, i.e. default drivers installed by Windows, then, such a problem arises.
Solution: Download the Drivers for the Graphic Card and install that driver.
(Ex. If your Graphic Card is Nvidia 9500 GT (any brand like XFX, Palit, Zotac, etc etc), go to Nvidia site and download the drivers for the card, depending upon the OS ur using.)

This solves the problem 99% of the time.

&

2) If problem Persists,( i dont think so after the above step ) check whether, direct x is installed or what version is installed. Do this step Start>Run>dxdiag

GMBlade my Screen Resolution is 1024x768.
I have tried out everything but still not getting it right.
I have put in a new Windows 7 before it was 64 bit now it is 32 bit.
Graphic card is Generic PnP Monitor on Standard VGA Graphics Adapter.

Plz help me asap.

You will have to install drivers for your Graphics Card. You need to first know which GPU does your system use. Based on that I could provide the drivers for you.
