Login Screen freezes..

Login screen of my game freeze whenever I press ok or enter.

My system
OS: win7 Professional -64bit
Processor: i5-3360
Ram: 8GB
Graphic card: Intel(R) HD graphic 4000
DirectX 11
Dotnet 4.5
Wifi net connection: 21Mbps
Antivirus: QuickHeal

I have installed & updated the game using 64 bit updater many times but still same problem. I have even tried by disabling the firewall but of no use.

Eagerly looking forward for a solution.

no error messages just the screen freezes at the time of logging.

Try to press Alt+tab whn screen freezes.
