All I can say is:
1) The above receipt is a fake.
2) There is no sign of the cashier.
3) The Branch name is deliberately smudged. (ICICI is not that poor, to afford a new stamp???)
4) See the last I in ICICI, it looks more like 'J'

I am not saying that you maybe innocent, as I don't know your case. BUT this receipt is a 101% FAKE.
