Why the hell is the server still down?

Dear GMs, you guys are doing a great job running this server but its been more than 24 hours since the server is down and there is no response from you guys.
"The estimated server downtime is about 6 hours. The Servers will be up at 7 PM IST on 7th July 2013." It is mentioned that server will be down for 6 hours approx, if you guys needed more time maintaining/fixing or whatever, at least you could inform us by posting on forum or on Facebook.
