Ticket: 780251: Unable to take rb from 9 to 10

Hi

Please check ticket no: 780251. I am unable to take rebirth from 9 to 10. I have all the necessary items for rebirth, but still the system shows as "unable to process your rebirth request".

Its been a month since this ticket is opened...

I am unable to take rebirth and hence theres no gameplay from my side...

Am stuck at same rb fr more than a month.... though i have all rb items ..

please take a look at it and resolve it...i have attached the image also

in the past also, this sort of issue has been resolved...

How did you take rebirth with your character online?

Thanks for responding to my issue.

I am not exactly sure as to how I took rebirth when the character was online.

I think the following might have happened:

1. I logged in to account control panel (ACP) to check the rebirth criteria.
2. Without logging out of the ACP, I logged in-game to take rebirth items
3. Without realizing that I was online in-game, I think i tried taking rebirth in account control panel.

I realize its a mistake. I admit it and i wont repeat it. But i have already waited for more than a month, waiting to take rebirth. So i earnestly request you to look into the issue and sort out the problem.
