Ticket 780251: Rebirth issue

Dear GM,

I appreciate the fact that you have been checking all the tickets posted in forum and providing resolution successfully.

With the same momentum, could you please resolve my rebirth issue? I have raised my ticket more than than 1 month ago but it is still unresolved. I guess May be, my earlier posts din't convey the exact issue. So I will try to rephrase it to you here.

Issue: My char was at rb9 when the issue happened. I logged into ACP, checked the rb status of my char and logged in-game. While char was online, I took rb10 items in my inventory and without logging-outm I had tried to take rb 10 in ACP. The rebirth failed in acp but in-game, what happened was, rb is displaying as 10 but stat points were not distributed as that of rb10. So now ACP also doesnt allow me to take next rb 10. I am stuck now. I have also attached the actual issue in the image.

Resolution: Make my char as rb9 (level being 160 as that of now).

I will make sure i log off in game and take rebirth in ACP.

I have already mailed the details to the support in ticket no 780251. I have also opened a new ticket 820970. Please check that and let me know in case of additional details.

How long you will require to resolve this issue?
Its been 2 months yaar.... i have already given up playing for few days....
and you want me to completely move away from a3 mania?
I have told you the root source of issue clearly.. and what else do you need?
The issue is not new and this was faced by some other players also.. and you have resolved it some time back. Why this delay for me?

If you have any clarification you can ask me in support? even that is not happening. I have not got any response from you either thru support or thru forums. Please do something to the issue.

GM sir,

I do not know but the fact is that ticket 780251 is deleted.
I have created a new ticket for the issue and the no is 154117.
I am unable to take rebirth and thats the issue even when i have all rebirth items.
Please release my char as any time i spend in the gamme will be worthwhile only if am able to take rebirth.

Your issue has been resolved.

Please learn how to use the "Reply" option in your Email to send replies to existing mails. You don't need to compose a new mail each time you need to send a reply. That is not how you Email someone.

With each and every new mail you were creating a new ticket.
