Unable to start a3 client.

I am trying to start a3 client using a3 launcher, that I've recently downloaded from mania's official site. After I click on 'Start' button, the launcher shuts down and there is no response thereafter.

Please guide me through on this! Please do help as soon as possible, because I already get very less time to play.
