its more than 10 days now that eshop items are not delivered.

is it recently that the GM reply is slow or is it all the way like this? i wanted to buy something but nobody replied, hope they can attend to all request asap. =)

Dheeraj hum log pagel hai jo eshop karte hai or long time w8 karte it's totaly time wasting if u cant look out the plyers eshop issus or cant solve scaming issus than off this forum an off the eshop................cm online end of week an solve plyers issus

I have faced the huge delay in the crediting of my account in the past. But it is a known fact that managing this game is not the first priority of the GMs. This should be understood by the players.
Although GMs can atleast give a reply on the status of the queries. And atleast see to the e-shop issues more frequently.

we are wasteing owe tym in game an wastein rc in eshop no any admin for solve plyers issus am wating 2week long but no cradt an lost my ess130 an sunitz15 grshat 15 munin rn lartakk but no reply admin's are sleeping no reply yet........now agein am cant do eshop sad service..............
