Unable to login even though server is on

Dear Gm,

I have faced this problem many times.. It so happens that if I enter my password wrong 2-3 times by mistake, the client doesn't have any response to the corrected password. upon opening the client again, I am just not able to login to any of my characters. It seems as though the server is down, but its always up :| could you please look up the issue and revert back asap :D ty :)
