ESS 130 Purely Hacked and not SCAMMED!!

Hi GM Blade,

Are you guys kidding me? ESS 130 getting hacked without logging into my account!! Is this the way now we'll be treated?? Playing game, buying stuff and suddenly you get hacked. Wow!!

I can't say this is a scam because the character was offline and when i come back I don't see my ESS
The last time I was playing was on 23rd feb 2015 and logged off at 2AM (IST). The next time I logged in at 7:30PM (IST) and saw there was no ESS 130 level was not present! I have checked and confirmed all my other characters but no signs. I was shocked to see that without coming online, without making any deal my ESS was hacked. So basically you cant say it is scammed and purely hacked!

I have also provided all the Deal details for the same in mail, kindly go through the mail for detailed information. I would request you to please look into this as we are the one who play game, buy stuff and keep your server live! If this is going to happen I don't think this is fair game, right?

So requesting you to please look after this and help me getting my ESS back as soon as possible.

I mean you can trace any stuff with it's Id...right? So trace it and let this matter be at rest.
