For example, If you have donated for a Grade 8 Unique level 1, and you have made it Level 10, You can exchange the Grade 8 Unique + The balance for a Grade 9 Unique Level 1. Which implies that the Item option on the Grade 8 Unique will NOT MATTER.
Exchanges for Donation Items can be accepted WITHIN A DAY OF TAKING THAT ITEM. Again, the Item options will not matter if any.
