well making of item lvl 15 ----- 1st b a lvl 6 enchanter......

hav lots of relations with kaduru,yarmo...etc.

3rd use TOD at lvl 10 ( high chance of failing) use 1 a day (experimented and proved working)

use 1 a day after 1ce wep is lvl 11............................ will become lvl 12

make ur approach ver cautious ..
