We were previously hosting our servers with an ISP that primarily caters to residential customers and does not offer dedicated commercial hosting services. Over the past few months, increasing network traffic has resulted in quality-of-service (QoS) issues, leading the ISP to flag and throttle our traffic.

To improve overall stability and reliability, we recently migrated our servers to a different provider. However, we have received feedback that this change has increased latency for many players. We are therefore evaluating alternative hosting providers and may relocate the servers again to achieve better performance for everyone.

To help us conduct pre-migration testing and select the best possible hosting location, please provide the following information:
