Can go to login screen but ACP isnt working.

I was able to register my new account with a PIN, and then after doing a manual patch(overwriting files) I got to login screen but got this error:

Please fill your Profile details in ACP--http://acp.a3mania.com
Please wait...
Please reconnect.

I tried to login to ACP but thats also giving me error:
Failed to Connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at balder786.startdedicated.com.

So everything comes down to having a working ACP cuz I heard GM-Scar mention somewhere, that you need to re-activate your accounts at ACP before you login, please correct me if I'm wrong.

If anyone got a different error, or different problem loging in please bring it to GMs attention and keep the insignificant talk out some sections of forums.

ACP is working for you? cuz its keeps giving me error, saying Fail to connect.
I cant even open a support ticket cuz its asking for me to login...now how do I login, there is no place to simply use login ID and pwd..can someone give me a link to place where I put my login ID & pwd?

Your ID is already activated.
His case is different. He just created an ID, so he couldnt activate it becoz ACP is down.

Solution - Wait for the ACP to be UP. Simple.

Apparently I cant start a support ticket, cuz I have logged in 10 times and it will still keep asking me to login again. Is there a login page, other then through ACP? I'm really confused, I am not used to doing things this way, cuz first time playing through this website, so please bear with me.
It would be nice to have a buttong "DONATION" somewhere inside e-shop menu, so anyone can click it for details

I always use Firefox, and is latest version, with up to date java, flash, macromedia and other software. I want to Donate and start lvling, can you email me details at my email? I can PM you my email, its same as one I gave to register account.

Enable cookies in the browser. And you have to login with your forum ID and NOT your ingame login in the main website. Check the announcement regarding support tickets.

It is working for everyone.. should work for you too.

No issues will be handled by GMs here in forum or ingame. Raise a support ticket for help.

This is really annoying, I have logged into a3mania main website and on forum, then I click on Support Ticket and it keeps telling me "Please login before entering the Support Center" .
I have taken screenshots of everything, and I am logged into a3mania chat, can one of your GMs help me out. I mean what am I suppose to do when the very system that I must use to correspond with GMs isnt working for me as its suppose to, when it looks and sounds so simple, I turned off cookies, using firefox, I login to both forum and Main website, while I am logged in, I can use account control panel etc...so I really know I am logged in, then I click Support ticket and it keeps telling me "Please login before entering the Support Center"...
