Unable to login!

Gm and Admins,

I was in the arena when the game froze all of a sudden, i alt tabbed game and quit it from the task manager and tried to connect again, it says account currently in use but it is not logging of my chanrcter. Just keeps on saying account currently in use, al the time. Also i tried to login into my 2nd id, but after i login i cannot see any charcters at all in the id, and cant even choose new charcter options, just exit works in that id.

Any issues with other players regarding somethng like this?? Please check this out ty!
